ABOUT US
Jeff Kinton, ACI, CMI
Inspector / Principal
Jeff is an Atlanta native and graduate of the University of Georgia and has been involved in Atlanta real estate market analysis and asset management for over 20 years.
Jeff started his career as a property manager overseeing the leasing and operations of investment property throughout the Southeast. In 2004 he was brought on and became a market analyst at Dorey Companies where he analyzed and reported on Atlanta's various real estate markets.
As a commercial realtor for the next 10 years he was involved in transactions with a number of Atlanta-based companies facilitating clients' space criteria, special facility needs and construction management requirements.

Since 2015 Jeff has held the highest ASHI designation of Certified Inspector, has completed over 3,000 property inspections, and enjoys kayaking, hiking and biking.
